The transformation of this website was a massive undertaking. Research began late 2014 and the project concluded in August of 2017. The release of the new site coincided with the release of myLWC.

Research had a tremendous impact on how the information architecture took place. For instance, one thing learned from the research was that prospective students wanted to see tuition cost up front. Historically, that information was not so easily obtained. The homepage now has tuition cost being one of the first things presented to prospective students.
