In 2017 I was challenged trying to find really good talent for an entry level position. After all, Columbia KY isn’t exactly the design capital of the world that would attract such talent.

After researching job ads, I decided that traditional ads just wouldn’t do. I wanted someone that was creative, energetic and passionate so I designed this infographic to attract such talent.
